We absolutely enjoyed our 5-day stay at Phung Hung Boutique Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable for the price. We want to send our special thank you note to the super friendly and dedicated receptionist, Mr. Cuong. He helped us rent a motorbike when there was no motorbike of the hotel left for rent. You can have a good view of the town and the ocean since the hotel is not surrounded by a lot of tall buildings. It is within walking distance to An Thoi harbor where not a lot of tourists stay so you can enjoy the vibe of the local life as well. The rooftop bar and restaurant were good with a good collection of food choices. We had a small celebration for New Year with other guests, the staffs offered everyone a glass of champagne. The staff is kind and friendly. Room is nice and the view is quite good. Its location is great to explore the south of Phu Quoc. Will be back in the next time! Staff were very helpful, room was sparkling clean and spacious. Hotel located at the South of the island where we can truly explore the local vibe around, fish market, fruit market and such. Also it was very close to the Cable Car to Hon Thom and close to Sao Beach as well. And hotel also provide airport pick up which is a big plus.Compared to the price we paid, there would be nothing we can ask for more. Additionally, the location of the hotel at the southern tip of the island was perfect for exploring the local vibe, with easy access to the fish market, fruit market, and even snorkeling spots. The water in the bathroom had only slightly warm temperature, but overall, it didn't impact the experience much.

I loved the attention to detail at this hotel. From the clean and comfortable rooms with a view of the fishing harbor, to the amazing breakfast served at the rooftop bar overlooking the bay and port, everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the hotel's location was ideal, close to the local market and just a short drive away from attractions like snorkeling spots and the cable car.

All in all, I couldn't find any fault with my stay.

Despite the great location, there were no nearby restaurants, and the breakfast wasn't as expected. the staff spoke English poorly and were difficult to communicate with.

We spent New Year's Eve at a hotel located in the south of the island. The room was spacious and clean, with a big window offering beautiful views. The staff was helpful, providing us with key location information and even an airport pick-up. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar where we could have breakfast and admire the ocean view.

The noise from the street and nearby rooms could be heard in our room, disrupting our sleep. we found that the hospitality knowledge of some staff members could be improved, as they struggled to communicate with us in English.
